Friday

As part of a forum I belong to we are having our last Christmas ornie swap for the year. Mine are completed and on their way!! Here's a sneak preview girls.......... I don't know about your household but we always seem to have packets of savoury biscuits, open and a bit stale. The dog often gets some but today I remembered a recipe that my mother gave me that uses the savoury biscuits and it doesn't matter how stale they are!
125g savoury biscuits broken into small pieces, 125g grated cheese, 1 chopped onion, 425g tuna (drained), 3 eggs (beaten) 1 cup milk, chopped parsley, salt & pepper (and I put in a handful of sweetcorn)
Combine altogether and bake in a greased 11" x 7" dish - moderate oven approx 35-40 mins until browned and firm.
