Blobs

Blobs - chocolate blobs!! Why is it when you are trying to pipe delicate trails of chocolate that a blob of chocolate blocks up the hole and then you get a spurt of thick gunky chocolate come out....... Sure I know it will still taste nice but it could have behaved itself for me!

I had an order for a Pavlova Roll, it is filled with whipped cream, blueberries and strawberries, wonder if the cream will have turned purple by tomorrow with the combination of berries??
