Beeswax

In response to your queries:

Beeswax is a wonderful way to put a new spin on your collage and altered art! You can use this archival and aromatic medium in many ways to create depth and texture. It is fun and exciting to work with beeswax when you are creating collages, assemblages, greeting cards, ATC’s and well…just about anything!

I have borrowed that description from Artchix Studio (it saved me having to think about it!) but if you have a look here they have a free online workshop describing the use of it more extensively.

I've decided that I will use a layer of beeswax on the collage I finished yesterday, so I will take photos of the finished results so you can see.

Thanks for the tutorial Christina :c}. This reminds me a bit like dipping silk and live flowers into beeswax. Another Victorian craft. I'll have to go on a hunt to see if there is anywhere in town with beeswax :c}
