My husband and I were planning a trip to Adelaide tomorrow to finish off birthday shopping for no. 1 cherub and I have been thinking about what I could do for the 5 hours of driving over there and back.....reading/crocheting/ sleeping were all being seriously considered. Now husband can't go and I have been arguing with myself whether I should still go or stay at home and do some of the shopping locally.
It has been very cold and wet here this afternoon and if it continues like this I think the decision might be made for me!

well I know that driving for 5 hours would have me staying local or shopping online..have a wonderful week..tell Marion hi..I never hear from her anymore...I miss her...:)

We too had tonnes of rain and sooooo much wind! Ugh! Trees were dropping everywhere.
Crazy weather over our way to - reckon staying snug and cosy is the best bet! I love htose internal arguments - the only thing better is hanging out with a Libran - they vocalize their internal conflicts!!
I used to love spending hours in the car with MOTH. Not any more since he became a Grumpy Old Man! I'd need a stint in the Adelaide Clinic after an hour of listening to him railing against everything & everybody + the Govt. man! Take care if you do get out on the road, it's pretty hairy out there at present.
