Yesterday we took Spike the dog and Sam the cat to the vet's. Spike needed his booster injection and Sam needed a 'shave'. For a shorthair, his fur is extremely long and once a year he needs a trim. His fur gets all knotted and also gets prickles in it. We had to leave him there for a couple of hours as he needs to be put to sleep for his new hairdo - have a look at the new Sam!!Especially the tail - we keep laughing when we see it but he feels sooooo good. Sam is a bit overweight, weighing in at 8kg!
