National Gallery Knitta Please Event

Denise fondling the knits - photo courtesy of NGA
It's the next best thing to saying "I was here" when you were
actually sitting at home, hundreds of kilometres away......
The National Gallery has been outfitted in all the lovely knits that were
collected from all over the world.
You can read more on Grrl+Dog's blog and also see a
wonderful photo of the front entrance with the poles all covered on Buttontree Lane's blog

Way to Amazing!!!

Makes me teary to think how art can unite the world with all her differences!! It truly is the one thing all humans share, the need to create art :)

We have a son and family living in Adelaide. We love Tim Tams!!!!! All kinds!! When we visited last year - our first and only visit to date - we bought a six pack of Tim Tams at the Duty Free Store. That was in addition to the ones we had already. Great eating!!
