One of those days

Yesterday was one of those days - you know the sort that I mean, don't you? Nothing goes exactly how you want it to go. I should have realised what I had in store for me on Sunday evening when I discovered that our 20 year old 'fridge had stopped working......."the light was on, but no-one was at home". Fortunately we have a second 'fridge in the laundry so we were able to squeeze everything into the one - and a few discoveries were thrown out as well!

Our theme for this coming month for The Chocolate Crow Trader is Halloween so "The Count" has made a reappearance. We surprisingly sold quite a few last year and this one was left over.......

I struggled with my photo taking of our items for this month - I only took 15 of the necklace below, before I got a reasonable one where you could see all the features.

I thoroughly enjoyed making the necklace, especially the soldered links! I've used an antique tintype photo that I bought from USA and also one of the lovely crystals that Sue sent me.

Here is how the necklace looks around my neck but the light has reflected off the pendant part - do you know how hard it is to take a photo of yourself without revealing your double chins!
